Extra details:
His body radiates enough electricity to light every bulb that comes into contact with his body.
His emotions may mess with how is bulbs are lit.
His stones cannot change color, but the lights hanging off of him can.

4) THE OWNER MAY NOT CLAIM THE DESIGN AS THEIR OWN AND MUST CREDIT ME FOR THE DESIGN AND Rainjay-xx AND Cherri-Crimzon FOR THE SPECIES
5) The owner may use this character for anything that doesn't break rules number 2 - 4
